Kids yoga classes are fun, interactive, involve yoga games and also some relaxation and mindfulness to create so calm. The children will learns tools and skills that overtime will help management worry and anxiety through the yoga poses and breathing techniques.

Yoga & Mindfulness for Girls 8 - 12 years
Yoga for Girls has been designed to promote a healthy self-esteem, learn tools and skills to manage anxiety and stress through yoga and the breath.
Yoga connects us to our body and our breath, it can help girls learn how to enjoy and love their body too.
Mindfulness is 'remembering to be aware' - while doing anything, anywhere, any time, when we are totally engaged in an activity. Each week the girls will learn a simple mindful activity they can the use through the week. Creating a little tools kit of skills that can be used in times of anxiety, stress and worry.
When you are happy, confident, and proud of yourself, you radiate beauty.

Calm ME Monthly Group Workshop
Calming tools to Mindfully Empower Children.
Calm Me Monthly Group Workshops for children 7 - 11 years and Teen Girls +12 years offers the children/teens a monthly tool to learn and develop skills to return to a state of calm after feeling anxious, tools to build confidence and self-esteem and learn to return to a state of calm after feeling anxious or frustrated.
Each month there is a different theme for the session, the theme will cover a different tools/skill which can then be used at home /school.
